Are you looking for a hands-on role that will keep you active? Do you have loader or forklift operations experience? Do and have working knowledge of production, manufacturing or agricultural industry?

We are currently seeking Production Team Members to join our hay processing facility based in Highbury, WA.

The successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our hay plant, while working within a dedicated team to deliver and meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery and equipment including loaders, forklifts and processing machinery
• Loader Driving – loading raw hay materials into processing areas
• Plant Operation – Monitoring and adjusting plant equipment for smooth operation
• Adhering to WHS regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Performing routine equipment checks to minimise downtime
• Work collaboratively within the Production Team to meet targets

What We are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you would ideally have:

• Physical fitness and the ability to work in an active environment
• Flexibility to work shift hours and weekends
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in loader and/or forklift operation
• Mechanical aptitude or basic troubleshooting skills for plant equipment
• Problem solving aptitudes with ability to identify areas for improvement
• Reliable with excellent communication skills
